Land on one cell. Expand when the number moves.
Treadum is priced so a single line can prove the return before anyone signs for a plant. Low-friction entry on one workflow, expansion by cells, lines, modules and sites, and outcome components where the value is easiest to measure.
Cell
For manufacturers validating ROI on a single wedge.
$15,000
per building or curing cell or line, per month
- Compounding, building-control, curing or inspection AI for one cell or line
- One wedge metric with a shadow-mode baseline
- Factory-edge node, single deployment
- Genealogy at cell scope
- Business-hours support
Most popular
Factory
For scaling plants adopting the full loop.
$95,000
per plant, per month
- Mix and compound, extrude and calender, build and splice, cure and mold
- Defect and inspect, uniformity and balance, yield and takt
- Robotic handling and the as-built tire digital twin
- Plant-scope genealogy and conformance workflow
- Site edge fleet, SSO, SAML and RBAC
- 24/5 support with a named escalation path
Enterprise
For tire OEMs standardizing on Treadum.
Custom
land $700k–$9M ACV
- Multi-site rollout with group governance
- Custom compound, construction and tolerance models
- Factory edge fleet across the group
- On-premises or private-cloud deployment
- Outcome-based components on yield, scrap and uniformity
- 24/7 support with a named team and SLAs
Annual prices shown per month, billed annually. Usage above plan limits is metered per tire, per cell or per action. Outcome-based components are available on enterprise agreements for yield, scrap, uniformity and first-pass-yield improvement.

Why it is priced this way
The first invoice should be smaller than the first result
Cell pricing exists so a plant director can fund a pilot from an operating budget and judge it on one number. Factory pricing exists for the plant that has already seen the number move. Enterprise exists for the group that wants the same loop everywhere without flattening local reality.
- Land: low-friction entry on one workflow with clear ROI
- Expand: cells, lines, modules, sites and autonomy level
- Monetize value: usage and outcome pricing capture upside as the agent does more
- Floor pricing protected; discounts traded for term length and case studies
What has to be true for Cell pricing to pay
On a high-volume line, a 1–3 point first-pass-yield lift, a 5–15% scrap reduction or a 3–8% cure-energy reduction generally clears $15,000 per month by a wide margin. We build the model with your numbers during the plant walk rather than asserting a payback.
- Baseline captured in shadow mode before autonomy is activated
- Scrap, first-pass yield, uniformity rejects, cure energy, rework labour and escape exposure quantified per line
- Outcome components only on metrics both sides can audit
- Payback target under 14 months for enterprise agreements
Priced separately, because not everyone needs them
Custom models
Dedicated compound, construction and tolerance models trained on your data for families that do not transfer well.
On-premises
Fully on-site deployment with no outbound plant data, including on-site training hardware sizing and installation.
Custom integrations
Connectors for unusual machines, legacy MES instances or in-house systems, scoped and delivered as a fixed engagement.
Premium support
Named team, tightened SLAs, joint quarterly reviews and prioritized roadmap input for group-specific needs.
From first call to first invoice
- Plant walk: Two days on site to map the line, agree the wedge and confirm what your systems expose.
- Baseline: Connectors land and the pre-Treadum baseline is captured across shifts and constructions.
- Paid pilot: Shadow mode against live production with agreed accuracy and false-hold gates.
- Convert: Pilot converts to a Cell subscription, optionally with an outcome share.
- Expand: Line, plant and group expansion once the number has moved and the envelope is signed.
On proving the number first
“We had three people watching X-ray images and still shipped uniformity rejects. Treadum flagged the cord shift at the building drum, not four hours later at final inspection.”
“The cure agent found 40 seconds of margin on a construction we had run the same way for eleven years. It proved it in shadow mode before it touched a press.”
“Genealogy is the part I did not expect to care about. Every tire now has a linked record from batch to grade, and audit prep went from weeks to an afternoon.”

How we measure the model working
Commercial details
No. Pilots are paid, because free pilots do not get plant resources assigned and therefore do not produce trustworthy baselines. Pilot fees are credited against the first subscription term on conversion.
One building cell, one curing cell or one line, whichever the wedge sits on. If your line topology does not map cleanly, we agree the unit in writing before the pilot rather than arguing about it at renewal.
Per tire, per cell or per action above the plan limits, depending on which agent is generating the load. Meters are visible in the console in real time, and overage alerts are configurable.
Yes — that is a large part of why the Cell plan exists. Most first deployments are funded from plant operating budgets against a scrap or energy line item.
For research collaborations on tire process modeling, yes, case by case. Contact us with the scope and we will respond honestly about fit.
Put one cell on autonomy in 90 days
Pick one wedge — splice inspection, X-ray defect detection, cure-state optimization or uniformity prediction. We baseline it, run shadow mode, then graduate to bounded autonomy under a signed control envelope.
Pilots start in shadow mode. No line changes until accuracy and safety gates pass.
